Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction on one side only
  • You are between 30 and 50 years old
  • Your pain has lasted more than 3 weeks
  • Your pain is located in the Fortin area (around the dimple in your lower back, near the buttock)
  • You have tested positive on at least 3 out of 5 special physical tests for SI joint pain
