- You speak English
- You are HIV negative (either you know you are or you test negative at the visit)
- You are a patient in the emergency department or urgent care and are stable enough to be triaged as level 3, 4, or 5
- You are not currently taking PrEP, PEP, or have symptoms of acute HIV
- You are not pregnant
- You are not taking a medication that can harm the kidneys, and you don't have a medical condition that makes PrEP unsafe or hard to follow
