  • You are between 19 and 45 years old.
  • You have a baby aged 6 to 12 months.
  • You have started or plan to start feeding your baby solid foods.
  • Your baby was born at or after 37 weeks of pregnancy.
  • You are willing to join an 8-week mindful eating program with homework and a recorded mealtime video.
