  • You must be generally healthy.
  • You must have body mass index between 18 and 32.
  • You must weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • Women must not be able to become pregnant (e.g., past menopause or surgically sterilized).
  • Men must use birth control if their partner could become pregnant.
  • For Japanese or Chinese groups, both parents and all four grandparents must be Japanese or Chinese.
