Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a known brain lesion (like a tumor, infection, or inflammation) that causes the blood-brain barrier to break down.
  • Your doctor has cleared you for a portable MRI and for getting a gadolinium contrast dye injection.
  • You have a vein in your arm or hand that can be used for the contrast injection.
  • You do not have any metal clips or devices in your brain or eye.
  • You do not have severe kidney disease or a history of an allergic reaction to gadolinium contrast.
