New MRI contrast for brain tumors

Who can take part

  • Be 16 years old or older
  • Have a vestibular schwannoma or low-grade glioma brain tumor
  • Be able to lie still comfortably for up to 1 hour
  • No previous radiation therapy to the brain or spine
  • No allergy to iron or dextran (the contrast agent used in this MRI)
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
