Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have stones in your kidney or ureter (the tube from kidney to bladder), and this is your first time having a flexible scope surgery to remove them

- You are not using a long-term urinary catheter or have had urinary diversion surgery
- You do not have a bleeding disorder that hasn't been corrected
