Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced triple-negative breast cancer (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery).
- You have not had any prior treatment for advanced breast cancer.
- You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) as determined by blood tests.
- If you are of childbearing potential, you must agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
