Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 30.
  • You should be generally healthy with no significant medical conditions.
  • If you smoke, you must smoke 10 or fewer cigarettes per day and be willing to stop during the study.
  • You must agree to use contraception if you are a woman who could become pregnant.
  • You must be able to fast for blood draws and stay at the study site for periods of time.
