Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- You must be in good general health.
- Your blood pressure must be at least 115 mmHg (systolic).
- You must not take any regular medications, including hormonal birth control pills, implants, or IUDs.
- If you are a woman, you must not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant, and you must use a highly effective non-hormonal contraceptive method (such as copper IUD, abstinence, or have a vasectomised partner).
