  • Aged 18 to 50 years old
  • Able to read and write in English well enough to complete questionnaires
  • Non-smoker or very light smoker (no more than 5 cigarettes or 50 puffs of a vape per day)
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30
  • No current or past serious mental health conditions (like psychosis, bipolar disorder, or substance abuse), and no close family member with such conditions
