Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.0 and 32.0.
- If you are a woman who can get pregnant, you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use highly effective birth control for 200 days after the last dose. Women who cannot get pregnant (e.g., after menopause or surgery) are also eligible.
- You must not have a history of epilepsy, serious heart, lung, kidney, liver, or other major illnesses or cancer (except certain minor skin cancers).
- For part of the study, you must be of Japanese or Han Chinese descent (born in that country or of full parentage).
