Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with cancer that has spread or started in one place.
  • You have had cancer-related pain (score 2 or higher on a 0–10 scale) in the last week, or you take opioid pain medicine regularly.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • You are well enough to get out of bed and care for yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
  • You do not have a pacemaker, metal implants near the stimulation spots, or severe mental health issues.
