- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You are in good overall health, with normal physical exam, lab tests, and heart tracing (ECG).
- You weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg) if male, or 99 lbs (45 kg) if female, and your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 28.
- You are willing to get meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines as required by the study.
- You agree to use effective birth control for 12 months after receiving the study drug, and agree not to donate sperm or eggs during that time.
- You have no allergies to the study drug or its components, no recent serious or recurring infections, and no history of cancer or immune system problems.
