Who can take part
- You have a colon cancer diagnosis confirmed by biopsy (adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, or signet ring cell carcinoma).
- Your tumor is more than 12 cm from the anus and not felt during a rectal exam. It must be a single tumor.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer is at a certain stage that can be removed surgically and has not spread to distant organs.
- You have not received any prior cancer treatment for this condition.
- Your body shape is rounder, measured by a formula using height and waist (Body Roundness Index ≥ 5.0).
