Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your tumor has been confirmed to have high levels of Nectin-4 (a protein that the imaging test looks for).
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (the original or a spread).
- You are healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0–2) and expected to live at least 6 months.
- You have not had previous treatment that targets Nectin-4 (like Enfortumab vedotin).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have other serious health conditions (like severe heart, liver, or kidney problems).
