  • You are a nurse working in a surgical ICU at one of the participating hospitals in China.
  • You have a valid Chinese nursing license and at least one year of clinical experience.
  • You are able to stay in the study for its full duration without planned time off or other commitments.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You are willing to follow the study's nutrition guidelines and provide informed consent.
