This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, EZH2 inhibitor and PARP inhibitor, for people with advanced or recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer that does not have BRCA1/2 gene mutations. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced or recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer, and genetic testing shows you do not have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan, or high CA-125 levels, or fluid in the abdomen (ascites).
- You are able to perform daily activities with some help (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets) and liver/kidney function are within certain limits.
- You have not been treated with another EZH2 inhibitor before, and you are not taking certain other medications that could interfere.
