  • You must be 40 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with COPD (chronic lung disease) or are getting treatment for it.
  • You speak English.
  • You have internet access (computer, tablet, or phone).
  • You cannot have a history of severe mental illness (like psychosis), ongoing substance use problems, or other major lung conditions (like lung cancer or asthma).
