Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed solid tumor cancer.
  • You are currently receiving or will receive checkpoint inhibitor drugs (like anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-CTLA-4) either after surgery or for advanced cancer.
  • You are physically well enough to perform a cardiopulmonary exercise test (a test that measures your heart and lung function during exercise).
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or blood problems that would make the exercise test unsafe.
  • You have not had prior immunotherapy for advanced cancer, unless it was after surgery and any side effects have resolved.
  • If you previously received a checkpoint inhibitor, at least 6 months have passed since the last dose and your cancer has not returned.
