Experimental therapy for neuroendocrine tumors that did not respond to treatment

Who can take part
- You must have a neuroendocrine tumor (including small cell lung cancer) that has been confirmed by a biopsy or pathology report.
- You have tried at least one standard cancer treatment that no longer works or you couldn't tolerate. (For small cell lung cancer, you must have had platinum-based chemo with or without immunotherapy.)
- You can provide a tissue sample (preferably a recent biopsy or an older stored sample) so doctors can test for a marker called DLL3 on your tumor.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (CT or MRI) and your overall health allows you to be up and active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and organ functions (kidney, liver, bone marrow) must be within certain safe limits, and you must not have certain active infections, uncontrolled other cancers, or major heart/lung conditions.
- You are between 18 and 74 years old, and if you could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control for 6 months after the last dose.
