  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You are in good general health (no chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, or immune disorders).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and if you can become pregnant, you agree to use birth control.
  • You are willing to provide stool samples for testing.
  • You have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotic supplements in the past month, and you are not currently smoking or drinking alcohol heavily.
