  • You must have received or donated a liver from a living donor.
  • Your transplant must be registered in the International LDLT Registry.
  • Your transplant must have occurred on or after September 1, 2023.
  • Your transplant cannot be a two-stage procedure.
  • Your transplant cannot involve two separate donor grafts.
