Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are generally healthy and have a sedentary lifestyle (sitting most of the day with little exercise).
  • You haven't had any arm, shoulder, or hand injury or surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You have no skin wounds, rashes, or skin conditions on the area where therapy will be applied.
  • You don't have any heart, lung, nerve, or muscle condition, and you're not taking medications that affect muscle function or circulation.
