- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer that has not spread beyond the bowel (Stage I to III).
- You are planning to have surgery to remove the cancer.
- You had a CT scan of your belly and pelvis with contrast dye within the last month.
- You are able to carry out daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
