Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 18 or older, regardless of menopause status.
  • You have HR+/HER2- breast cancer.
  • You are currently taking or about to start a CDK4/6 inhibitor medicine.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
  • You can understand and take part in mental health exercises and use a smartphone or computer for online tasks.
  • You are already following a rehabilitation plan that includes exercise and physical therapy.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test.
