  • You are between 6 and 12 years old (up to age 11 for some children)
  • You are healthy and able to take part in physical activity
  • You plan to stay at the same school for at least 6 months
  • You understand basic Bengali or English
  • You are not currently in a sports team, athletics, or regular dance practice
