Who can take part
- Your cancer must have progressed or not responded to all standard treatments (including chemo, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy).
- You need to have at least one measurable tumor, meaning it can be seen on scans and measured.
- You should be able to care for yourself and be up and about (a performance status of 0 or 1).
- For the first part of the study, any solid tumor type is allowed. For later parts, you must have metastatic bladder cancer.
- You cannot have received a type of drug called a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor-based antibody-drug conjugate before.
- You need to be at least 4 weeks past any previous cancer treatment or 5 drug half-lives, whichever is shorter.
