If you have a bile or pancreas stone that is large, stuck, or could not be removed with standard procedures, this trial may help determine which method works best.

Who can take part
- You are between 19 and 85 years old.
- You have one or more stones in the bile or pancreatic duct that are difficult to remove because they are large, stuck, behind a narrow spot, or not removed in a prior procedure.
- You are not pregnant and have no bleeding problems (like INR over 1.5 or platelets under 50,000).
- You do not have surgically altered upper gastrointestinal anatomy that prevents standard ERCP access.
- You do not have a known or suspected cancer causing the narrowing where the stone is.
