Who can take part
- Your child must be between 16 days and 42 months old (about 3.5 years) at the time of the assessment.
- You, as a parent or legal guardian, must be able to give permission (informed consent) for your child to take part.
- Your child must be able to take part in a play-based developmental check-up that matches their age and abilities.
- You need to be able to share basic medical and birth history (like pregnancy, delivery, and any known conditions).
- Your child must be in one of these groups: typically developing (control), developmental delay, a known genetic condition, born preterm (33-37 weeks or before 33 weeks), or diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
- Your child cannot have a severe medical emergency or major uncorrected vision/hearing problems that would interfere with the assessment.
