Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older
  • You came to the hospital from the ER with a hip fracture on one side
  • You had surgery to fix the hip, either a hip replacement or screws/pins (internal fixation)
  • You live in northern Taiwan
  • You do not have severe memory problems (like advanced dementia)
  • You have a family caregiver who can help you
