  • You are 18 or older
  • This is your first pregnancy that has lasted at least 24 weeks
  • You are carrying one baby, and the baby is head-down
  • You are at least 37 weeks pregnant and are in labor or about to be induced
  • You plan to try for a vaginal delivery (no scheduled C-section)
