Who can take part

  • You and your partner are both over 20 years old.
  • You have been in a relationship for more than 2 years.
  • Neither of you has completed a mindfulness training (like MBSR or MBCT) in the last 3 years.
  • Neither of you is currently in couples therapy.
  • Both of you can speak and understand Dutch fluently.
  • Neither of you has severe mental health issues or a history of violence in the past year.
