Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed with surgery and has not responded to standard treatments.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • Your overall health is good, with a performance status of 0 to 2 (meaning you can care for yourself and are out of bed more than half the day).
  • You have adequate organ function, including blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function.
  • You have a tumor sample available from a previous biopsy or are willing to have a new one taken.
