Long-term COVID effects in patients preparing for surgery

This study looks at long-term health effects in people who had COVID-19 and are now preparing for surgery. If you had a lab-confirmed COVID-19 infection, you may be asked to fill out a questionnaire during your preoperative anesthesia visit to help researchers understand how COVID affects recovery and health over time.
