  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are generally healthy and not planning major diet changes during the study.
  • You can collect stool samples and retrieve small sampling capsules from your stool.
  • You have not had any stomach or intestine surgery (except simple ones like appendix or gallbladder removal more than 3 months ago).
  • You have not taken antibiotics or certain gut medications (like acid reducers or laxatives) in the past 4 weeks.
  • You do not have ongoing digestive issues like chronic diarrhea, constipation, or inflammatory bowel disease.
