Who can take part

  • Be between 19 and 40 years old
  • Be able to swallow a small capsule (about the size of a large vitamin)
  • Have no history of gut disorders like IBS, celiac disease, or inflammatory bowel disease
  • Have at least 3 bowel movements per week
  • Stop certain medications (antibiotics, probiotics, fiber supplements) for 2–3 months before starting
  • Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
