This study tests a program to help cancer survivors improve their diet and exercise habits. You will get group support, one-on-one coaching with a dietitian, and supervised exercise sessions for 6 months. It might help you feel better and lower your risk of other health problems.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 45.
- You had cancer (any type) as an adult within the last 10 years, and you have finished active treatment (like chemo, radiation, or surgery) at least 3 months ago, or you are on long-term hormone therapy or maintenance therapy for at least 1 year.
- You are willing to attend weekly group sessions, monthly counseling with a dietitian, and exercise sessions (some supervised, some on your own) for about 6 months.
- You have a primary care doctor or are willing to get one, and you can use a computer or smartphone with internet to join Zoom meetings and use a coaching app.
