- You have a solid tumor that has spread or come back and standard treatments no longer work.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- It has been at least 4 weeks since your last cancer treatment and any side effects have mostly gone away.
- You are in good enough health to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
- You do not have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis, and are not allergic to the study drug.
