This trial tests whether listening to music during wound care can help seniors with pressure injuries feel more comfortable. You'll be assigned to either a music group or a standard care group to see if music makes a difference.

Who can take part
- You are 60 years old or older.
- You have a stage II, III, or IV pressure injury (bedsore).
- You are not at the end of life or have a Kennedy terminal pressure injury.
- Your pressure injury is not infected, does not have dead tissue or dead bone, and is not caused by a medical device.
- You do not have severe or profound hearing loss that cannot be corrected with a hearing aid.
