  • You are 70 years old or older
  • You have a solid tumor cancer (any type or stage, but not a blood cancer like leukemia or lymphoma)
  • You have been referred to a geriatric oncology clinic or team
  • You are planning to start or are already being considered for cancer treatment (like chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy)
  • You can answer questions about your health, with help from a caregiver if needed
  • You (or a family member) can sign a consent form to participate
