Study of Paiteling Antibacterial Liquid for Persistent HPV Infection

This trial tests an antibacterial liquid (Paiteling®) to see if it can clear a persistent high-risk HPV infection of the cervix. It may be an option for women whose HPV has lasted 2 years or more and whose cervical biopsy shows only mild changes.

Who can take part
- You are between 25 and 65 years old.
- You have had the same high-risk HPV type for at least 2 years (persistent infection).
- Your last cervical biopsy showed only mild changes (chronic cervicitis or low-grade CIN1) — not high-grade changes.
- You have not used any HPV treatments in the past 3 months.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy in the next 6 months.
- You do not have other serious health conditions (like diabetes, heart disease, or a weakened immune system).
