- You have a solid tumor that has spread to the lining of your belly (peritoneal carcinomatosis) from certain cancers like mesothelioma, ovarian, stomach, or bowel cancer.
- You are over 18 years old.
- You are well enough for surgery, with a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1) and low anesthesia risk (ASA 1, 2, or 3).
- You do not have severe kidney, liver, or heart problems, and you have not had a recent heart attack.
- You are not taking medications that weaken your immune system or have a condition that affects your immune system.
