Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have moderate to severe internal and external hemorrhoids (Grade III or IV) that haven't gotten better with 3 months of non-surgical care
- You have not had any prior surgery on your anus or rectum
- You do not have other serious conditions (active infection, inflammatory bowel disease, rectal prolapse, or cancer in the area)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are willing to come to follow-up visits for 12 months
