  • You are a dental resident in an endodontics program doing root canals

  • You have no skin, heart, or nerve conditions that could affect heart rate monitoring
  • You will fill out a stress survey at the start and end of the study
  • You are a patient scheduled for a root canal with a participating resident
  • You agree to let an observer be present and allow basic visit data to be collected
