Breast ultrasound AI study using existing images

Breast NeoplasmsBreast DiseasesUltrasonography

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This study uses existing breast ultrasound images to test how well artificial intelligence (AI) can interpret them. It may help improve future breast cancer detection tools.

Who can take part

  • You must have B-mode (grayscale) breast ultrasound images available from a hospital database or a public research dataset.
  • The images must be good quality, with a clear view of the area being studied.
  • A confirmed diagnosis (either benign or malignant) is needed, or a normal breast status confirmed by an experienced radiologist.
  • All personal information must be removed from the images.
  • Images with Elastography, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, or Doppler imaging cannot be used.

AI breast MRI study for early screening

This study uses an artificial intelligence (AI) model to analyze breast MRI images (non-contrast) to help detect breast cancer earlier. It's looking at whether the AI can find signs of cancer without needing a contrast dye injection.

NCT07605195Not yet recruiting
AI-Powered Breast Imaging Analysis Study

This research uses artificial intelligence to improve how doctors diagnose breast conditions from 3D mammogram images (called digital breast tomosynthesis). Researchers are testing whether AI can help detect breast cancer more accurately and predict treatment outcomes.

NCT06717984Recruiting
AI model for breast cancer from tissue images

This trial tests an artificial intelligence (AI) model that looks at pictures of breast tissue to find cancer. It may help improve early detection and reduce the need for invasive tests.

NCT07427407Not yet recruiting
Ultrasound study for breast biopsy marker detection

This trial uses ultrasound to see if an AI tool can better find small markers placed in the breast during a biopsy. It might help improve follow-up care and make future procedures more precise.

NCT05800132Recruiting
AI helps review routine breast mammograms for screening

This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system can help a second reader interpret routine breast screening mammograms. It may improve how consistently images are assessed, especially when the first reader calls them normal or benign.

NCT07244094Recruiting
AI predicts breast cancer spread risk from tissue scans

This trial uses artificial intelligence to analyze images of your tumor tissue to predict if breast cancer might spread to other parts of the body. It may help doctors better understand your individual risk and guide treatment decisions.
