Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You have had endometriosis symptoms for at least 6 months
  • You have a diagnosis of endometriosis (from a doctor, surgery, imaging, or are on standard treatment)
  • You do not have any other chronic pain condition besides endometriosis
  • You have not had endometriosis surgery in the last 6 months
  • You do not have vulvar pain conditions like vulvodynia or vaginismus
  • You are not planning to change your endometriosis treatment or have surgery during the 10-week workshop
  • You do not currently practice mindfulness meditation regularly
  • You have not used the MyEndo app before
  • You have internet access and can read/speak English
