  • You are a white-collar worker who has been working from home for at least 3 months
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have back pain or neck pain you think is related to working remotely, or you feel your posture has gotten worse
  • You have a generally inactive or sedentary daily life
  • You are willing to follow an exercise program under a physiotherapist's guidance
