This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-NK) that uses your child's own immune cells to attack two different markers on neuroblastoma tumors, called GD2 and B7-H3. It's for children with high-risk neuroblastoma that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 1 and 21 years old.
  • They must have neuroblastoma that has returned, not responded to treatment, or is persistent despite standard therapy.
  • Tumor cells must show at least one of the two targets (GD2 or B7-H3) that the therapy attacks.
  • They should have had prior standard treatments, including anti-GD2 therapy, unless there's a medical reason not to.
  • Your child's overall health must be fairly good (performance score of 50 or above, and life expectancy of at least 8 weeks).
  • They must not have any active serious infections, uncontrolled autoimmune or heart/lung/liver/kidney problems, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
