Who can take part

  • You are a nurse currently working in the pediatric emergency department at Ankara Etlik City Hospital.
  • You are scheduled to be on duty during the data collection period.
  • You agree to take part in the study and sign a consent form.
  • You have not had structured low-dose, high-frequency CPR training in the last 6 months.
  • You can attend all training and assessment sessions (no planned leave, illness, or other conflicts).
